Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Verdajoy, we value your trust and want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. Please take a moment to read our Return Policy for a smooth process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order free of charge.
  • Post 6 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be processed.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim returns or exchanges. Please record the full video from opening the parcel to product inspection.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or
  • There is a valid size issue (eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability).

Note: Products purchased during Sale/Discount Offers are not eligible for returns.

Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is delivered to us and passes our quality check, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours.

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: A secure link will be sent via WhatsApp & Email. Enter your UPI/Bank details, and your refund will reflect within 5–7 working days.

Conditions Excluding Returns

  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags will not qualify.
  • Requests of return without an unboxing video will not be processed.
