Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
- For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, delivery may take a little longer.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your order.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders above a certain value (details updated during checkout).
- For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee will be charged and displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.
Order Tracking
- After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email/phone.
- You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or festive rush.
In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.
Non-Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery failures.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge for reshipping.
